DRAYA Maria

Draya is a theatre maker and actor, originally from England, graduating from Ayrshire college with a HND in theatre and performance in 2019. 

In 2022, Draya worked on several short films across various locations in the UK. Additionally, she did a short video for Natwest that was made to encourage young people to think about their future careers and goals.

With her passion for theatre constantly expanding, Draya became a founding member of South-Ayrshire-based theatre company Stopped Clocked Productions in 2021. Having graduated just before the pandemic, Draya and the other members of Stopped Clocked Productions felt the desire to improve the opportunities for young artists in Ayrshire, devising and creating their own shows after such a pandemic.
