RYAN FORD

Ryan Ford is a multi-disciplinary artist from Ayrshire, Scotland. After completing university in 2019, Ryan wrote, directed, and edited a short film called ‘Channel Surfing’, which was shown at the New Visions Short Film Festival in Edinburgh. He also directed, produced, and performed in his own play ‘Don’t Leave Me’ in Glasgow which sold out.

Apart from creating his own work, Ryan also performed in the National Festival of Youth Theatre 2019 and other various plays with local theatre companies and college productions in Ayr. Ryan was selected for GMAC’s Screen Start Programme and is also currently writing the script for his next short film. More recently, Ryan has been trying out stand-up comedy, where he gets to express his unique dark and dry sense of humour.
